In 2025, Charity Organization “International Cooperation Development Fund” launched its operations as a nonprofit organization that, in a strategic partnership with WGI GLOBAL INC./AMENTUM—a contractor for U.S. government projects—provides support and facilitates the delivery of humanitarian aid as part of a government program between Ukraine and the United States.
We not only support processes - we implement projects.
The Fund combines the functions of a legal advisor and a direct service provider: from ensuring compliance to implementing the assigned tasks at every stage of the supply chain. This is precisely what allows us to guarantee results even under the crisis conditions of martial law.
We combine the expertise of the executor with the reliability of the partner, ensuring stability, transparency and compliance with international standards — and creating an effective model of cooperation between Ukraine and the world.
Our approach
We undertake the full implementation of project tasks and solutions — from legal support of supply chains to compliance with established deadlines. We work in accordance with the ethical standards and policies of international partners, providing transparent financial reporting and a system for early detection of risks.
We combine the legal procedures and mechanisms of Ukraine with the processes and policies of international partners, creating a single operational field for effective cooperation.
We provide coordination procedures and constant communication with state bodies of Ukraine, donors, beneficiaries and other stakeholders.

Principles
The Fund shows respect for the honor and dignity of a person, for the human personality. The goal of humanitarian activity: to protect human life and health, and ensure his right to respect.
The Fund shall not take sides in armed conflicts or become involved in disputes of a political, racial, religious, or ideological nature.
The Fund has no discrimination based on race, religion, social class, or political beliefs. We simply strive to alleviate people’s suffering, especially that of those who need it most.
Fund's goals are independent of the political, economic, military or other aims of individuals and organizations associated with the territory where humanitarian activities are carried out.
